The Tourist Guide of Calci.

Calci is a charming village on the west side of Monti Pisani, the mountain chain between Pisa and Lucca. It lies in the middle of a beautiful valley called “Valgraziosa”, dotted with chestnut woods, Mediterranean woodlands and olive trees.
Some of the most typical and fascinating villages of the area belong to Calci, such as Montemagno, Castelmaggiore and Villa.
The most famous sites are the Certosa di Pisa (Pisa Charterhouse) with its two museums, the Church of Sant’Agostino in Nicosia and the Church of San Giovanno ed Ermolao.

You will feel at home in the typical B&Bs, restaurants, holiday farms and Inns of the area.

Walking paths surrounded by green will give you the chance to enjoy the nature and the landscape of Calci’s area.
Furthermore Calci is very close to the Italy’s major art centres such as Pisa, Lucca and Firenze and tourist destinations such as the coastline areas of Pisa, Livorno and Versilia.
